TARA Arms TM-9 semi auto pistol in 9mm with feeding issues. The TARA Aerospace small arms division develops small arms for police and military in Montenegro (former Yugoslavia/Serbia). The TM9 pistol features a full size black polymer frame with low bore axis, matte blued steel slide with dovetailed white dot sights, and the patented DARE trigger system (Double Action Rapid Engagement) with double strike capability without racking the slide, a longer initial trigger pull, with a short reset, and no external safety lever. Includes two steel 17rd magazines, and comes in a clamshell carry case. May show very small marks of wear, and carry case may show small blemishes, overall excellent condition, however due to feeding issues, may require adjustment, repair, or parts replacement, so sold AS-IS, a gunsmith special, with NO returns.

New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington DC - no firearms.
