Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 hex receiver bolt action rifle in 7.62x54R caliber. This is an Izhevsk 1935 rifle. Has a good bore that is not counterbored at the muzzle, the Soviet Wreath with Hammer and Sickle stamp, the Izhevsk triangle with arrow, plus matching stamped numbers on barrel, bolt (and force matched on mag, and buttplate). Russian arsenal blued finish shows some dings and rubs, and the stock shows some dents and flaking varnish, and arsenal repairs. Has several proofs and arsenal acceptance stamps. Includes cleaning rod. Serial # 91300199xx, C&R eligible, overall Good to Very Good condition.

Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
