Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 hex receiver bolt action rifle in 7.62x54R caliber. This is an Izhevsk 1933 rifle, and captured by the Finnish Army and marked with the smaller "SA" stamp (Suomen Armeija - Finnish Army) and possibly the number "41", as well as the "D" mark indicating larger chamber throat for use also with Finnish D-166 spec ammo. Has a strong but somewhat dark bore with a counterbored muzzle, the Wreath with Hammer & Sickle mark, and Triangle Arrow mark, various other proofs, plus matching stamped numbers on barrel, bolt, mag, and buttplate. Blued finish shows some scratches. Stock is nice original, arsenal refinished, with refurb and acceptance stamps, in nice condition, with light scratches and some flaking varnish. Overall VG condition, import mark on left of receiver, C&R eligible.

Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington DC - no firearms.
