Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 hex receiver bolt action rifle in 7.62x54R caliber. This is an Izhevsk 1931 rifle, and captured by the Finnish Army and marked with the smaller "SA" stamp (Suomen Armeija - Finnish Army) and possibly the number "41". Has a strong but somewhat dark bore with a counterbored muzzle, the Wreath with Hammer & Sickle mark, and Triangle Arrow mark, plus matching stamped numbers on barrel, bolt, mag, and buttplate. Blued finish shows some scratches. Stock is original, arsenal refinished, with refurb and acceptance stamps, in nice condition, with some dent, dings, and typical flaking varnish. Overall VG condition, import mark on left of receiver, C&R eligible.

New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
