Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 hex receiver bolt action rifle in 7.62x54R caliber. This is an Izhevsk 91/30 configuration rifle with no receiver date. Has the Wreath with Hammer and Sickle inside, Izhevsk triangle and arrow mark, plus other proofs/acceptance marks. Has an very good condition bore, non-counterbored muzzle, and matching stamped numbers on barrel, bolt, and buttplate, and force matched mag. Original stock is refinished and has some arsenal repairs, flaking finish, and some dents, and has several proofs and acceptance marks. Overall Very Good condition rifle. Serial # 6393. C&R eligible.

Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
