I just found this out on Easter Sunday.. I had the opportunity to shoot my uncle's Hellcat and CZ SP01 (shooting 8" plates @ 50 ft. Both did an impressive job and I expected the CZ to do well, but I truly was shocked to find out that I did nearly as well with the Hellcat.. I have scorned anything that has recently carried the Springfield Armory name (and may yet still), but those Croatian folks know what the hell they are doing.. I would have chosen the 365 had I not fired the Hellcat, even though I have always found the trigger that Sig puts on it to be a little too light. Also not a big fan of the occasional debris that flies out of the chamber whenever it fires - be sure to wear safety glasses if you ever find yourself to the right of, and behind, the shooter of a 365. The shooter probably won't have any discomfort at all, since the path that high-velocity crap takes isn't headed in his direction. The Hellcat impressed the hell out of me.. Possibly (in some small part) due to the lower expectations I had for it.

Reacquiring the target when rapid firing the Hellcat is the easiest I’ve experienced with any 9mm I’ve fired. There’s a few things they did in manufacturing that have made it so...no misfires of any kind yet...I don’t expect any either. I like the fact that Biden is making a felon out of me and my large capacity Hellcat...balderdash! I’m law abiding, God fearing, slave to NO ONE, veteran of our armed forces, born of a child of homesteaders that came west to find freedom, and did so in Montana.
