Very nice M4 pattern bayonet with M8A1 scabbard. Though not unissued, saw very little if any use. Recommend this great bayonet at a nice price.

To be honest, when I saw the J&G ad for the carbine bayonets, I was a bit skeptical. Like the M1 carbines, the price of these once common bayonets has soared, so a GI-issue M4 bayonet offered for less than $80 seemed too good to be true. But this turned out to be a great deal! My Second Series Coneta bayonet was in unissued condition, as was its PWH scabbard. It's only shortcoming was that the scabbard was missing the M1910 wire hanger, which I found on Ebay. (Installing the hanger, however, took some doing). If you're looking for a GI-issue carbine bayonet and are willing to settle for a "Second Series" (Viet Nam era) knife, don't pass this up!
