Japanese Type 26 revolver in 9mm Jap (9x22R rimmed) caliber. Features a 4.75" barrel with a very good somewhat dark bore, a thinning charcoal type blued finish, nitre blued finish hammer assembly, lanyard rings, and checkered beechwood grips. Frame shows Kanji acceptance stamps on butt, serial # 594xx. Finish shows some patina and freckles, numbers do not match. Koishikawa-Tokyo Mfg, fewer than 60,000 were produced between 1893-1924. Overall Good to Very Good condition, C&R eligible.

This sidearm was the first revolver indigenously produced in Japan, using this unique caliber, based on design features from the Galand, S&W Top Break, and French 1892 revolvers.

Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
