Japan Nambu Type 14 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 8x22 Nambu (Pistol). This Koishikawa-Tokyo Arsenal manufactured pistol has a small trigger guard with a very good somewhat dark shootable bore, very good mechanical condition, and matching numbers on the frame, bolt, early-type knurled cocking knob, and trigger. The rust blue-patina metal finish has a few freckles, also with a straw-patina finished trigger, sear bar, safety, and magazine release. Has correct lacquered 25 serration beechwood grips and a nickel-plated magazine with an 8-groove "pot metal" bottom that has no provisions for follower release spring.. This pistol has a Showa date 9.9 (1934 September), serial number 285XX, C&R eligible, and is in overall very good condition. Used.
