Japan Nambu Type 14 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 8x22 Nambu (Pistol). This Koishikawa-Tokyo Arsenal manufactured pistol has a small trigger guard with a good somewhat dark shootable bore, good mechanical condition, and matching numbers on the frame, bolt, early-type knurled cocking knob, and trigger. The rust blue-patina metal finish has a few freckles and pits. The left grip is correct 25 serration beechwood and the right grip is a homemade replacement. Has a blued magazine with a 9-groove "pot metal" bottom. This pistol has a Showa date 9.8 (1934 August), serial number 278X, C&R eligible, and is in overall good to very good condition. Used.
