Japan Nambu Type 14 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 8x22 Nambu. This early Koishikawa/Tokyo manufacture has a small trigger guard, good somewhat dark bore, and matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, and trigger. Has not-matching correct 25 serration beechwood grips, and a not-matching nickel-plated magazine with an aluminum 9 groove finger grip base. The rust blue metal finish shows some freckles, staining, and patina on the grip straps, with a straw patina metal finish on the trigger. This pistol has a serial number 194X, and a 3.12 manufacture date (1928 December-without Showa character). The firing pin tip is broken and it is missing the magazine safety plunger/detent, otherwise, it is in good to very good condition. Used.
