Mauser K98k bolt action rifle chambered in 8x57mm. This is a Yugoslavian rebuild of a WWII German manufactured K98k rifle with a "MOD 98" marked receiver rail, Yugo Socialist Federal Republic post-war crest and a "Preduzece 44" (Institute 44-Kragujevac arsenal mark). It has a dark shootable bore and is in good functional mechanical condition. Has mismatched numbers, with milled parts, trigger guard lock screws and a stamped trigger guard. Has a thinning blue patina metal finish with a laminated stock and cupped buttplate. Stock shows a few dents and dings. This rifle has serial number U37XX, C&R eligible and is preserved with cosmoline. Overall it is in good to very good condition. Used.

New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Illinois - FOID card for the customer, dealer, or C&R holder must be on file.
Washington DC - no firearms.
