Lee Enfield #4 MK 1 SMLE bolt action rifle in 303 Brit caliber. A nice batch of surplus Enfield rifles now available! Original WWII rifles made by BSA, Shirley (Birmingham Small Arms, in Shirley UK) marked M47C, and have a French "PP" rack number marking on receiver. Nice black finish which shows service wear and some scratches. Bore is in very good shiny condition. Wood stock is in very good condition with some dents, and drying checks, and upper handguard is sometimes grooved, and buttplate may be zamak or brass. Has the adjustable ladder rear sight. Numbers may not match. Has reproduction blued steel 10rd magazine. A great example of 1944 late war No.4 Mk1 Enfields. Several in stock, images show variations in wood coloring and wear. Includes a WWII issue khaki web sling which may show some fraying. C&R eligible in overall Very Good condition.

The importer of these #4 MkI rifles states they were discovered stored in a weapons bunker in France after being dropped in, or distributed to the French resistance partisans. Some video footage of the French resistance with Enfield #4s can be seen HERE - a unique bit of WWII history!

New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
