This POF (Pakistan Ordnance Factory) has a 1957 manufacture date on tooling obtained from the United Kingdom and has a 5 groove barrel with a dark shootable bore, is in good mechanical condition, has an unnumbered bolt, and machined adjustable rear sight. The thinning mottled black metal finish has some high edge wear. The stock shows dents and dings from service, has arsenal repairs and comes with a brass buttplate. The forend has an "Ishy" pattern reinforcing screw. This rifle needs a magazine and forend screw/cross bolt, has the original serial number C011XX on the receiver and an importers serial number of 2221XX on the buttsocket, is C&R eligible, and is in overall good condition.
