CZ-70 semi-auto pistol in 32ACP (7.65mm) caliber. Czech issue sidearms from 1971, features blued finish, steel slide and frame, 3.75" barrel, DA/SA trigger, fixed sights, and includes one single stack magazine. The blued finish shows patina, scratches, light corrosion, rust, and rubs from service wear. Has black plastic grips with rubs from field use. They have an import mark and are in overall fair surplus functioning condition. Manufactured in 1971 and now C&R eligible. Used.

Delaware - No assault weapons.
Hawaii - No assault pistols.
Illinois - No assault weapons(temporarily on hold). FOID card for the customer, dealer, or C&R holder must be on file.
Maryland - Handguns made after 1984 must be approved by MD DOJ. No assault rifles. No assault pistols. No folding pistol grip shotguns.
Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New York - C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregon - All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.
Washington - No assault weapons.
Washington DC - no firearms.
