Colt New Service revolver chambered in 455 Eley. Features a 5.5" barrel with an excellent bore and mechanical condition. The original thinning luster blue metal finish shows some nicks, dings and holster wear from service. The frame and cylinder have British crossed pennant acceptance stamps, the frame has additional markings with a broad arrow over crown over "U3" over "F" (or "E"?) and the frame butt is stamped "OBI" over "OBNY". This revolver has hard rubber grips with Colt monograms, lanyard ring, the serial number 115XX, was manufactured circa 1916, is C&R eligible, and is in overall good to very good condition. Used.
