Nifty gun. Mine arrived in good condition. The double-action trigger pull is looooong, but can be staged quite well. The single-action pull is crisp. The gun showed good accuracy and was easy to operate. Only comes with one magazine and prospects for more are dim, but as another reviewer noted, you can modify a S&W 59 series magazine to use in this weapon. I bought an inexpensive S&W 59 mag manufactured by Pro-Mag; took about 20 minutes with a Dremel tool to make it work. Nice collectible firearm and fun to shoot too. Recommended.

I ordered one was in very good condition. Ordered a second and it was in below good condition. There was multiple scratches on the grip portion of the frame, a little disappointed.

Hand select came through, its a beautiful piece, excited to shoot it this weekend. The da sa trigger is about what you'd expect in da, little stiff in sa but overall excellent. Finish has a couple minor dings but overall in quite good condition, i would highly recommend one.

Pistol is in great shape. I have wanted a Hi Power for a long time and... this is definitely not a Hi Power.

But it is a Hi Power-shaped S&W 59-series style DA/SA made by a Hungarian company and stamped as a Mauser, and that's pretty weird, and I like pretty weird.

As for the condition, mine is true to the description: bluing is nice, no pitting and no real rust to speak of: there was some surface rust under the grip, but it scrubbed off and, c'mon, it was under a grip panel, I don't fault J&G for not seeing that.

Factory mags have been impossible to find so far, which is disappointing, But I was able to mod a 5906 mag to the point that it latches in with a little Dremel work.
