The Tristar A-tac 12Ga is great,but when I put it up from my dealer the GHOST RING was broken--sent e-mail to tristar they said they had similar problems with others in shipping--They said they would send me a replacement but needed my address--So I sent it on the reply message from them on 03/13/2013--No show yet?? This gun has great potential for home defense, but a couple of issues remain. The first is the well-documented (and acknowledged by TriStar) initial unreliable cycling using light loads (2-3/4" birdshot). Mine is getting better as it wears in. The other is the gas O-ring hanging up on the magazine threads, which makes removal of the barrel very frustrating. I'm looking forward to resolving these issues, but IMHO the manufacturer should have corrected these issues. The manual is not very good, but I have had good response from the TriStar folks.
