I was surprised when I picked it up from my FFL after seeing different ones that came from this group. They ran the gambit from poor to good and this one in my opinion is in good shape. Very dirty but in good shape bore is bright and I don't see any pitting. Definitely will buy from again.
6 places of Pits are on the barrel. Bolt can only be pulled out half way, need to see a gunsmith to fix it. It should not be sent out as good one. But the customer service is pretty good. They refund me and sell it as a gunsmith special.
the rifle is in grease so it will be a little clean up, the stock is a little dark, but no cracks or major problems. the bore is fantastic, its bright with strong rifling. the trigger is one of the best milsurp i have tried. after clean up it will be an awesome rifle. have not shot it yet but i am expecting good things.
My rifle came with no visible pitting, no cracks in the stock. It was advertised to have the Spanish crest removed, but mine was intact and the bore, while used, was bright and shiny. have not shot it yet but so far better than I expected.
