Cons: The clips are non-functional. Cheap thin metal. The cartridges jammed while trying to push them down into the gun and some cartridges fell out of the clip while trying to load the gun.
I found some surplus stripper clips on EBay. They work perfectly.
These stripper clips were ordered for a Yugoslavian SKS. There were three problems with these clips. They did not hold the 7.62x39 rounds well, the rounds would not stay in the clip tacks and would easily fall out of the bottom of the clips. The rounds also did not slide through the clips well enough to be loaded into the SKS internal magazine. Several of the clips slid in to the internal magazine much farther than they should, causing the clip to get stuck in the internal magazine well. I do not know if these clips would work any better with a SKS manufactured in countries other than Yugoslavia.
