Japanese Arisaka 38 bolt action rifle in 6.5x50. This Koishikawa (Tokyo) manufacture with no series has an intact "mum" overstruck with half circles indicating the rifle was removed from military service and issued for school training. There is a Standard school mark stamped between the "mum" and type "38" characters on the receiver ring. The mismatched bolt assembly has matching numbers on the bolt, extractor, and safety. Has a dark bore, good mechanical condition, ladder rear sight, inverted "V" front sight, thinning blued/patina metal finish, a dust cover, and a cleaning rod. The sound two piece wood stock shows dents and dings from service. Manufactured between 1906-35, this rifle is C&R eligible and in very good condition, used.
This is a used firearm and we only have one in stock; first come first served.
