Japanese Arisaka 38 bolt action rifle chambered in 6.5x50 Japanese. This Koishikawa (Tokyo) rifle has no series number, a scrubbed "mum" and intact type numbers, mismatched serial numbers, an "S" barrel proof, a dark bore, ladder type rear sight, inverted "V" front sight without ears, and a patina/pitted metal finish. The two piece wood stock is cracked alongside the upper tang, has two Japanese characters stamped on the buttstock, and shows dents and dings from service. Manufactured between 1906-35, C&R eligible, this rifle is in good condition, used.
