Japanese Arisaka 38 bolt action carbine in 6.5x50. This Koishikawa (Tokyo) carbine has no series number, a ground "Mum" with intact type numbers, mismatched numbers, an "S" marked barrel with a dark shootable bore, and the original blued/patina metal finish. The sound 2 piece wood stock shows numerous dents and dings from service and has number "21" and Japanese characters painted on the right side of the stock. This carbine was manufactured circa 1906-35, C&R eligible, and in good to very good condition.
